Refund Policy
These Terms determine the procedure for refunding funds for services provided by OPENNIX LLC through the SaveScale platform.
1. Grounds for Refund
Customer has the right to a refund in the following cases:
✓ Refund is provided:
- Service was not provided within 24 hours due to Service Provider's fault
- Report contains obvious technical errors or does not meet service description
- Impossibility to process uploaded invoice due to Service technical reasons
- Customer did not use package service (refund for unused analyses)
- Double charge
✗ Refund is NOT provided:
- Report was provided on time and meets service description
- Customer has already reviewed analysis results
- Customer changed their mind after receiving report
- Recommendations did not bring expected savings (we do not guarantee specific results)
- Impossibility to process invoice due to incorrect format provided by Customer
- More than 14 days have passed since payment
2. Application Deadlines

3. Refund Procedure
Step 1: Submit Application
Send written request to email: support@opennix.ru
Include in application:
- Full name or organization name
- Email used for registration
- Order number / payment date
- Refund reason (detailed)
- Payment details (bank card or account)
- Error screenshots (if applicable)
Step 2: Application Review
Review period: 3 business days
Step 3: Receiving Refund
Upon positive decision, refund is processed within 10 business days to specified details.
Refund methods:
- To bank card (if paid by card)
- To bank account (for legal entities)
- Through Robokassa payment system (automatic refund)
4. Partial Refund for Packages
For package offers (5, 12, 25 analyses) refund is provided only for unused analyses.
Calculation example:
Customer purchased 12 analyses package for 7,990 ₽
Used: 3 analyses
Cost per analysis in package: 7,990 ₽ / 12 = 666 ₽
Used: 3 × 666 ₽ = 1,998 ₽
Refund amount: 7,990 ₽ - 1,998 ₽ = 5,992 ₽
