Terms of Service

This document is a public offer by OPENNIX LLC to enter into a service agreement on the terms set forth below.

In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer. Acceptance of this offer is made by payment for services.

1. Definitions

2. Subject Matter

Service Provider undertakes to analyze cloud invoices (AWS, Yandex Cloud, Azure, GCP) using artificial intelligence and provide a report with cost optimization recommendations.

Services are provided in the following formats:

  • Single cloud provider analysis
  • Multi-cloud analysis (up to 3 providers)
  • Package offers (5, 12, or 25 analyses)

Service result: detailed report in PDF/HTML format with recommendations list, estimated savings, and implementation priorities.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing:

Single cloud analysis 990 ₽
Multi-cloud analysis (up to 3 clouds) 1,990 ₽
Package of 5 analyses 3,990 ₽
Package of 12 analyses 7,990 ₽
Agency package (25 analyses) 14,900 ₽

Payment is processed through Robokassa payment gateway or other methods available on the website.

Agreement is considered concluded upon receipt of payment by Service Provider.

4. Service Delivery

To receive the service, Customer:

  • Registers at savescale.io
  • Uploads cloud invoice (PDF or CSV format)
  • Selects service type and makes payment

Service delivery time:

  • Automatic analysis: 5 minutes to 2 hours
  • Complex invoices: up to 24 hours

Report is sent to Customer's email and/or made available in the user account.

5. Rights and Obligations

Service Provider shall:

  • Provide services in full and on time
  • Ensure confidentiality of Customer data
  • Provide technical support during business hours (Mon-Fri, 10:00-18:00 MSK)

Customer shall:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Pay for services according to selected plan
  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes

6. Liability

For non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this Agreement, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Service Provider is not liable for:

  • Results of implementing recommendations by Customer
  • Inaccuracy of data provided by Customer
  • Technical failures caused by third parties

Service Provider's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by Customer.

7. Refunds

Customer may request a refund within 7 days of payment if:

  • Service was not provided on time due to Service Provider's fault
  • Report contains obvious technical errors
  • Service was not used (for package offers - unused analyses)

To request a refund, send written request to support@opennix.ru with reason and payment details.

Processing time: 3 business days. Refund within 10 business days.

8. Confidentiality

Service Provider undertakes not to disclose information received from Customer, except as required by law.

Personal data processing complies with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved through negotiations.

If no agreement is reached, disputes are submitted to court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory. Response time: 10 business days.
