Refund Policy

1. Overview
SaveScale is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all credit purchases. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
- No credits from the purchased package have been used for analysis
- You provide a valid reason for the refund request
Note: Once you use even one credit from your purchased package for invoice analysis, the entire package becomes non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
- One or more credits have been used for analysis
- The customer violated our Terms of Service or Oferta
- The purchase was made using stolen payment information
- The refund request is made after account closure
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Send an email to sale@savescale.io
- Include in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Wait for confirmation from our support team
Subject line format: Refund Request - [Your Email]
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Review time: 1-2 business days to verify eligibility
- Processing time: 3-5 business days to process the refund
- Bank processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your bank
Total estimated time: 7-17 business days from approval to money in your account.
You will receive email notifications at each stage of the refund process.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card
- SBP (Fast Payment System): Refunded to the linked bank account
- Electronic Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet
We cannot refund to a different payment method or account than the one used for purchase.
7. Partial Refunds
SaveScale does not offer partial refunds. If you've used any credits from a package, the entire package is considered used and non-refundable.
Example: If you purchase a 5-credit package and use 1 credit, you cannot get a refund for the remaining 4 credits.
8. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Credits purchased during promotional campaigns or with discount codes are subject to the same refund policy. The refunded amount will be the actual amount paid, not the original price before discount.
9. Chargebacks
Important: Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Additional investigation fees
- Permanent ban from using SaveScale services
We aim to resolve all refund issues quickly and fairly. Give us a chance to help before involving your bank.
10. Account Closure After Refund
When a refund is issued:
- All unused credits are removed from your account
- Your account remains active
- You can purchase new credits at any time
- Previous analysis reports remain accessible for 90 days
11. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service:
- Contact support immediately at sale@savescale.io
- Describe the issue in detail with screenshots if possible
- We will attempt to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours
- If unresolved, a refund will be issued regardless of credits used
